Those include Fixed, EFX/Direct, Random, Ping-Pong, Auto, 3D Cross, and 3D Rotation. And what's more, you can be sure of a consistent signal performance thanks to true bypass switching.
Once you've got a slice of your music, you can alter and adjust the effect to suit your rhythmic needs using the Attack and Duty knobs. These control the wave shape and length of the sliced audio, allowing for rapid stutters or smooth, elongated drones. Experiment with these to unlock some transformative tones!
You can also adjust the overall effect level with up to 12db plus or minus, letting the SL2 serve as background noise or the front and centre of your song.
While there's a huge number of grooves and rhythms loaded into the SL2 by default, you can unlock even more by connecting the pedal to the Boss Tone Studio app. Simply connect to a Mac or Windows device using a USB and discover tonnes of alternate patterns.
