Mahogany & Flamed Maple Top

The dense and heavy nature of the mahogany body gives this Signature Dean Guitar an impressive amount of sustain and resonance, delivering a warm and overall balanced tone. The mahogany tonewood ensures there is plenty of depth, grind, and bite, offering an incredibly dynamic sound suitable for a wide range of playing styles. The body is finished off with a beautifully stunning and unique flamed maple top, which not only provides a unique aesthetic, but also enhances the overall tone with extra brightness.

Seymour Duncan & DiMarzio Humbuckers

Dean USA Dime ML is designed for crushing soundscapes and destructive solos, equipped with Seymour Duncan's Neck Duncan Distortion at the bridge and DiMarzio's Super Distortion at the neck. The Duncan Distortion is a high output humbucker suitable for rock and metal, designed with massive ceramic magnets and hot coil windings for full-bodied rock and metal tones. This pickup also provides a powerful upper midrange to give the tone added cut and grind, making it perfect for hard hitting rhythm sections and screaming leads. The DiMarzio Super Distortion is a powerful ceramic humbucker that delivers the perfect blend of power and tone. Ideal for kicking tube amps into overdrive, this pickup offers incredible sonic balance for thick, boosted mids, big lows, and fat highs.

Floyd Rose Original Tremolo

For many years Floyd Rose has been the leading manufacturer and designer of floating, locking tremolos. With a design that has stood strong for over 30 years, the Floyd Rose Original locking tremolo allows you to adjust the string tension and pitch with the removable whammy bar to create unique pitch shifting effects. Unlike non-locking tremolo's, the Floyd Rose bridge can make huge changes in pitch while still retaining the initial tuning thanks to the addition of a locking nut at the end of the headstock.

Smooth Mahogany Neck & Ebony Fingerboard

With its mahogany neck and ebony fingerboard, this Signature USA Dean offers an incredibly strong tonal character with dark punchy lows and crisp, sizzling highs. The addition of an ebony fingerboard enhances the natural characteristics of the mahogany, creating plenty of depth and midrange punch to suit a variety of playing styles. The fingerboard is equipped with jumbo frets to make vibrato and string bends easier, while its abalone dot inlays creates a stunning look that adds to the overall aesthetics.

Classic Set-Neck

The neck features a set-in construction with a smooth heel, providing advanced playability while optimising resonance transfer between the neck and body. Unlike bolt-on constructions, set-in necks can be sculpted into a smoother and ergonomic heel to provide seamless accessibility to the higher register.

Along with its incredible comfort and tonal options, the Dean Guitar features a selection of high-quality hardware to provide an incredibly stable performance. About Dimebag Darrell

Born in 1966, Dimebag Darrell (Darrell Lance Abbott) is best known for his songwriting and performance in the iconic metal band Pantera. With an extremely unique playing style and signature tone, Dimebag fast became a rising star in the metal world and gained an endorsement with Dean Guitars in the 1980s. Having co-designed the now legendary Dean Razorback just months before his death in 2004, Dimebag Darrell has forever earned his place in metal history with his unique playing style and range of impressive guitar finishes.
