Key Features
The Gibson Les Paul '60s Tribute electric guitar is a recreation of the classic evolution of this legendary single-cutaway solid body guitar. It features a pair of PAF-style humbucking pickups and the fast, slim neck profile that is characteristic of that decade, and looks great with the Wine Red Vintage Gloss nitrocellulose lacquer finish.

The Les Paul '60s Tribute starts from the same point as the greatest Les Paul Standards ever made, the classic combination of a mahogany body with a solid carved maple top. This pairing gives a tonal depth and complexity unmatched by any single-wood construction, with warmth and richness from the mahogany and superb clarity and "snap" from the maple. The back has been strategically weight-relieved to lighten the load and improve resonance.
The neck of the guitar is made from solid mahogany, carved to Gibson's fast, slim '60s profile and glued into the body. The genuine rosewood fingerboard features 22 medium-jumbo frets and traditional trapezoid inlays, with no binding to clutter the stripped-down look.
The pair of BurstBucker™ pickups are some of the most accurate recreations of vintage PAF humbuckers available today, with a genuine Alnico II bar magnet in each pickup and slightly mismatched coils wound with 42-AWG enamel-coated wire for the characteristic edge and bite. The neck pickup is a BurstBucker 1, while the bridge features a slightly hotter BurstBucker 2. Separate volume and tone controls for each pickup plus a three-way toggle selector give a broad range of sonic variations, while the Tune-o-Matic bridge and Stopbar tailpiece ensure solid sustain and outstanding intonation.
