No stone left unturned. When PRS first issued the Tremonti SE, it came with their 245 'S' pickups as standard. But, ever the perfectionist, Tremonti went back to the drawing board and created his own Tremonti 'S' pickup set. This pair of hot-rodded humbuckers produce a super high-output sound - perfect for the infamous 'pushed' distortion tones of metal and heavy rock. The neck model in particular, however, cleans up superbly, for lush strummed or picked chords, and gives a smooth, thick sound which was just born for soulful lead lines. Pure rock 'n' roll satisfaction.
