Its combination of solid spruce and mahogany deliver classic acoustic tones, with the spruce adding plenty of warmth to the mahogany's complex tone. Its mahogany neck and rosewood fingerboard work well together, adding complexity to the high end while keeping the lows thick and creamy. The Signature Acoustic Guitar's top has been crafted from spruce, while the back and side panels are a high quality mahogany. Its top offers a broad, dynamic tone with a crisp feel to it, providing a powerful sound. Producing little overtone, it can retain its clarity no matter how hard the guitar is played. When used as back and side panels, the mahogany produces warm, soft tones with a good balance of grind and bite where needed. Offering plenty of depth and punch to the guitars tone, the mahogany helps to emphasise the Schecter’s midrange, providing a dark tone.
This model's neck is also crafted from mahogany, which produces a fat, warm tone with a mellow feel whilst also offering an incredible sustain. Its rosewood fingerboard adds to the guitar's warmth whilst softening up the sound and giving it a natural feel. When combined, these two materials offer complex highs, thick, creamy lows, and an appealing midrange.
