The Elkhart 200TBFG Bb/F trombone is perfect for starters needing to upgrade from their first instrument. Unlike similarly priced trombones, the Elkhart 200TBFG features a large .547'' bore which is ideal for producing a huge symphonic sound. The 8-1/2'' Clear lacquer brass bell will project this sound with lots of warmth and easily fill any sized hall.
Low register playing will never be an issue again with the closed wrap F attachment. This type of design is popular with musicians who prefer slightly more resistance as it offers a more stable tone when using the F attachment. Included with the Elkhart 200TBFG is a lightweight case and mouthpiece so you can start practising straight away.

The large bore of the Elkhart 200TBFG Trombone is specifically designed to produce a rich, expansive sound that fills concert halls. The increased bore size allows for greater air flow, which results in a fuller sound with more resonant bass tones, aiding musicians in delivering powerful performances.
Closed wrap design
The F attachment on the Elkhart 200TBFG features a traditional closed wrap design. This type of design is prefered by beginners as it is easier to produce a stable note with better tuning. It is also a more protected design compared to an open wrap design which stretches beyond the tuning slide and is vulnerable to denting.
Included accessories
To ensure that you can look after your new saxophone, Elkhart has included everything that you need to get started. To keep the trombone safe, the 200TBFG comes with a lightweight case that offers strong protection. On the outside of the case, you will find two robust handles. On the front of the case, there is a large zipped pocket which is perfect for all of your sheet music and various accessories. Moulded especially for the 200TBFG, the Elkhart trombone fits perfectly inside of the case. For an extra touch of protection, the inside is lined with a soft-touch material that won't scratch your instrument. There is also a dedicated compartment for any accessories. The 200TBFG also includes a mouthpiece, which has been designed explicitly for the Elkhart trombone.
